Схема выплаты займа, при которой суммы в счет погашения основной части займа остаются неизменными в течение всего периода, независимо от процентных выплат. Это означает, что в течение первых лет выплаты по займу будут более значительны (из-за более высоких процентных платежей). Всемирный банк использует эту схему начиная с 1975 г.
